She played the room, and the room followed.

Kelly Trance started spinning in 2000 and came up in Oklahoma City and built a name far bigger than the city she started in. She was a DJ, a producer, a remixer and a vocalist, which put her in a small club of artists who could do it all from the booth to the studio.
Trance was her first love. Her sets ran from funky, pounding electro to driving progressive house and trance. In 2004 she was runner-up in the Beauty and the Beats DJ contest run by Rockstar Energy Drink and BPM Magazine, and by 2007 she had signed to the French label Djette and released her debut single, "Killin It."
Releases followed on Peak Hour Music, Loverush and Sea to Sun, EV Music and Dirty Drumz Digital. She held a residency on Netmix.fm, played on di.fm and Peak Hour Radio, toured the U.S. with the Vinyl Vixens, and was named by FHM among the sexiest DJs in the world. Her Myspace page grew past 126,000 connections at a time when that was where dance music lived.
She shared bills with Paul van Dyk, Tiësto, Above & Beyond, Sandra Collins, Darude and The Crystal Method, and took her sound overseas to Dubai, India, Mexico City and Seoul, where she played M2 Club for thousands. Along the way she found time to step into the ring as a professional boxer.
She stepped away from the decks in 2011. The records, the mixes and the stories are still here.
